Dressing- Tahini

Ingredients

2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoons olive oil

2–3 cloves garlic, crushed

Pinch of Salt

Juice of 1 lemon

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons water and mix well

2. Serve 2 tablespoon with your salad !
