San Choy Bao

Makes 12 lettuce cups

Ingredients

- 200g mince/firm tofu/mushroom - 200g green beans - 200g carrots - 12 ice-burg lettuce leaves - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - White sesame

Instruction

1. Dice protein of your choice, carrot and green beans into 0.5 cm pieces 2. Wash and cut lettuce into hand size cups. Set aside 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and stir-fry the protein for 2-3 minutes 4. Add in carrot and green beans. Mix well and put the lid on to simmer for 2-3 minutes 5. Stir in the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Serve 1 tbsp of the mixture with 1 lettuce leaf
