Sally Juan
Founder and Head Dietitian
Sally is the founder of Dietitian SJ, which she established since early 2015. She enjoys talking with her clients to modify their dietary behaviour and assist with their personal health goals, such as improve diabetes, cholesterol, weight loss, weight gain and IBS.

Now having a baby herself, she has a growing interest in Paediatric Nutrition and helping kids to enjoy food !!
​
She follows an evidence-based approach, assesses clients' readiness to change and then assists clients to make sustainable improvements to their health. Sally is open to discussions. So don’t be afraid to negotiate with her to keep your occasional chocolate or wine!

Kelly Yu
Clinical Dietitian
Kelly has a great passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle interventions. Consulting patients face to face gives her an opportunity to offer highly individualized care to clients. As a dietitian, she believes in the power of tailoring nutrition interventions to meet the specific needs, preferences, and goals of each individual. Working with patients individually allows her to spend quality time with clients, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized nutrition plans that align with their unique circumstances and lifestyle.
She believes that eating healthily and nutritiously should be enjoyed by everyone with different cultural background and and she hopes to encourage people to find their connection with food and assist them to recognise the importance of food in disease prevention, which could facilitate making sustainable changes to their eating habits. She has a great passion for exploring different cooking techniques and good recipes in her free time.
She has a particular interest in the prevention and management of various chronic disease such as Type 2 diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and weight management. She is also interested in the area of treating digestive problems including irritable bowel syndrome and coeliac disease. She is also committed in staying up-to-date with the latest research and always keen to learn new knowledge in order to provide the best advice to patients.

Natalie
Clinical Dietitian
Natalie has an interest in providing nutrition care across chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, weight management and PCOS. She also likes to learn about the latest health and nutrition news whether it be from reading research articles or staying informed with the media.
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, she believes that personalised and practical nutrition plays an important role in maintaining good health and wellbeing. She enjoys connecting and chatting with people, while helping them reach their health goals by empowering them with the knowledge to make a positive change in their lives.

Clinical Dietitian
Lydia enjoys building a strong rapport with clients, carers and their families, so they feel safe and comfortable communicating their health and nutrition concerns. Also, she loves to find realistic solutions to all nutrition problems to help improve health outcomes and overall wellbeing.

As an accredited practising dietitian, she is passionate about providing evidence-based information to clients and tailoring the information according to their level of understanding, needs and preferences. She believes dietary advice and recommendations should be individualised and realistic to help clients achieve their wellness goals sustainably and live happier and healthier.
