Mark Hopson
Mark Hopson is a 56-year-old male living at home where he is wheel-chair bound and receives 24- hour care from support workers. He has a medical diagnosis of brain injury, diabetes, high cholesterol and mood disorder. This meal plan has been carefully designed to support his nutritional needs while providing variety and encouraging healthier eating habits.
The primary aim of this meal plan is to assist caregivers and support workers in understanding the appropriate macronutrient portions necessary for achieving balanced meals. By offering diverse meal ideas, we hope to not only enhance Mark's dining experience but also simplify mealtime preparations for those who care for him. Ultimately, our goal is to promote Mark's overall health and well-being through improved nutrition and meal variety.
