Objective

Proper nutrition is essential for overall health, well-being, and quality of life. For individuals living with disabilities, good nutrition plays a crucial role in managing health conditions, enhancing physical and cognitive functioning, improving mood and energy levels, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Closing the Gap

Over the years, we have identified gaps in nutrition knowledge among support workers, therefore this program seeks to address these challenges by providing comprehensive, standardised nutrition training.

The goal is to equip support workers with essential nutrition competencies, enabling them to deliver consistent, high-quality support that promotes the health and well-being of those in their care.
