Anthony has made significant strides in his weight loss journey. He is having better meal timing, having regular breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. He has reduced his meal portions, successfully incorporated a meal replacement shake that he enjoys, and increased his non-starchy vegetable intake. As a result, he has lost approx 3 kg over past 3 months. Anthony is also drinking more water of 1.5L per day.

- better bowel movement- every 2-3 days- adviced to take Movical if BNO for 3-4 days 

 

Issue

Lacks physcial activity- suggested to incoorporate 10-15 min upper body exercise daily after lunch

Ensure regular bowel movement
