  • Redeemable ONLY with a valid receipt number, otherwise standard consultation rates apply. 

  • These vouchers only covers consultations, charges apply for meal plans or reports. 

  • Voucher can be transferred as a gift to your family and friends 

  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
